Agreement to these terms

What this website is

This site describes the services PairStack offers and gives you a way to contact us. Everything on it - service descriptions, capabilities, technologies, and timelines - is provided for information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver any particular outcome.

Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve our time, or oblige either of us to anything. We may decline an enquiry for any reason, and we often will if we think a project is not a fit.

Work only begins once scope, timeline, and price are agreed between us in writing. Those written terms, not this website, govern the engagement.

Reviews and anything else you submit

If you submit a review, you confirm that it is your own honest experience of working with PairStack, that you have the right to post it, and that it does not contain anyone else's personal information, anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing of someone's rights.

By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it on this website along with the name and role you provide, and to remove it at any time. Every review is checked by a person before it appears, and we may decline to publish one without giving a reason. If you want your published review removed, email us and we will take it down.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the forms to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any data on it.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades it.
• Impersonate another person or business in an enquiry or a review.

The design, text, code, logo, and layout of this website belong to PairStack. You may read, link to, and share it; you may not reproduce it as your own.

Intellectual property in client work is a separate matter and is dealt with in the written terms of each engagement. Our normal practice is that on final payment, the code and accounts we build for you are yours.

This site links to external profiles such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, and relies on third-party services including Google and Amazon Web Services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

The site is provided as it is

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
